What’s possible
when we notice who we’re being in the moment?

You in the Doing
Whatever we're doing, we're experiencing ourselves in the process.
THE BEING PROCESS™
One framework.
Many ways into the conversation.
Every keynote, workshop, and conversation I lead is grounded in one central framework: The Being Process™.
What's possible when we are conscious of who we’re being and the context we live from?

We are often taught that achievement is the price of struggle: push harder, persist longer, overcome more. But what if the struggle itself isn't what gets us where we're trying to go?
Effortless Struggle™ invites participants to examine the relationship between effort, struggle, surrender, and possibility, and to consider what can emerge when we stop trying to force an outcome and create space for what might move us forward.
Participants will explore:
How our ideas about struggle influence the way we show up.
How continual pushing can narrow what we're able to see, receive, and respond to.
How surrender can create space for possibilities that aren't accessible through effort alone.

Answers can solve problems. Questions create space for how we choose, think, and act
We often ask questions because we're looking for answers. But when the answer we seek isn't available, we're invited into something different: the space of the question itself.
Curious Certainty™ explores what becomes possible when we stop treating questions as a path to certainty and instead use them to create the space to think differently, make choices, and move toward what we haven't experienced before.
Participants will explore:
How our need for answers can keep us anchored to what we already know.
What becomes possible when we can stay with a question without rushing to resolve it.
How questioning can create space for new ways of choosing, thinking, and acting.

We often approach health and change from the belief that something about us needs to be fixed. But when the pursuit of better habits, greater health, or a different way of living begins with the premise that something is wrong with us, we can end up working against ourselves.
The Wellness Paradox™ invites us to examine what happens when the very premise from which we try to change becomes part of what keeps us stuck.
Participants will explore:
How the belief that something is wrong with us can influence the way we approach change.
How improving ourselves from a place of "not enough" can turn healthy intentions into an ongoing struggle.
What becomes possible when we shift our attention from fixing ourselves to understanding where we're coming from.

Be loyal not to your past, but to your potential.
We often think change is difficult because change itself is hard. But sometimes what makes change difficult is our attachment to the identities, expectations, and agreements we've made about who we are.
Break the Pact With Your Past™ invites participants to examine what happens when staying loyal to familiarity competes with who we are becoming.
Participants will explore:
The agreements we’ve made that can quietly shape who we are today.
How seeking to evolve while protecting a familiar identity can leave us pressing the gas and the brake at the same time.
What it means to become more loyal to our potential than to the version of ourselves we've already known.
Let's explore what could be meaningful for your audience, and what form the work might take.
I work with organizations, associations, and communities to create spaces where people can notice who they are being, explore what’s possible, and engage with themselves and one another in new ways.
About Febe
Febe Terrero is a medical doctor, speaker, and facilitator exploring what’s possible when we notice not just what we’re doing, but who we are being when we do it.
Drawing from medicine, human behavior, health coaching, and years of working across cultures and communities, she brings a fresh lens to the way we experience ourselves, navigate what’s happening around us, and engage with others. Her talks are thought-provoking, engaging, and designed to move people from simply hearing an idea to seeing something differently for themselves
Her work is grounded in The Being Process™, a framework that begins by noticing who we are being in the midst of what we're doing, creating space to question, shift our perspective, and choose differently.
