Let’s create a space.

A moment to slow down and see what is actually happening: the context you're living from and how it shapes your experience of yourself in your world.

From there, we explore what’s possible.

There is no experience outside of context.

The Being Process™

It begins with seeing who you are being right now and the context you’re living from.

Not to fix or change yourself, but to explore what is there.

In that seeing, you create space to become a possibility for possibilities.

Where the Conversation Begins

A decision

You’re sitting with

A transition

You're moving through.

A question

You can't quite shake.

Different starting points.

A shared space to explore

Start Here

Nothing to fix.

Everything to explore.

We don't begin by deciding what's wrong or what needs to change.

We begin with who you are being right now and who’s running the show.

Together, we slow it down enough to look closely at how you're experiencing yourself, the context you're living from, and what you may be accepting as true.

The work asks for curiosity and honesty.

Not to judge what you find, but to see it clearly enough to understand what is shaping your experience and choose again.

  • “What stood out to me was how the group focused on moving towards something positive, not just the struggles. This shift in focus from being stuck in wounds to nurturing my desires changed how I approach my life. Now I feel more free to pursue what brings me joy.”

The Practice

I’ve come to see my life as my practice.

The questions I explore with others are questions I’m continually asking myself. Who’s running the show? What assumptions am I making? It’s a continual inquiry. An ongoing adventure into myself. When I ask questions, I have the opportunity to look again and choose again.

My background as a medical doctor, speaker, facilitator, and coach gives me different lenses through which to explore these questions. But at the heart of my work is something much simpler: curiosity about what it means to be human, and a willingness to practice what I invite others to explore.
